Who ShorePoint is for

Hiring matters too much
to manage informally.

You’re growing, the roles are getting more important, and recruiting keeps pulling leaders back into the weeds. You need experience and structure—but not necessarily a full-time talent team.

01

Hiring keeps landing back on the CEO, COO, or leadership team

02

You have no dedicated talent team—or one stretched HR leader

03

A critical role is too important to leave to job postings alone

04

Your recruiting process lives across inboxes, spreadsheets, and workarounds

05

Growth is exposing gaps in how roles are defined, assessed, and closed

06

You want practical help using recruiting technology and AI responsibly

Industry-agnostic by design. ShorePoint’s expertise was built in financial services—where complexity, discretion, and rigor are expected—and is applied to consequential hiring challenges across sectors.

Two focused services

The hire you need.
The system behind it.

One service solves the urgent people problem. The other fixes the process that keeps creating hiring friction. If both are true, we’ll start where the business impact is greatest.

Start with the pressure point.
Build from there.

Tom Kenyon · Founder & Advisor

Nearly two decades of recruiting experience, brought directly to the hiring problem in front of you.

Tom built his expertise in financial services and executive search—environments where the roles are specialized, the market is nuanced, and details matter. ShorePoint brings that same judgment to growing businesses across industries.

You work directly with Tom. No layers, no handoffs, and no bloated process—just thoughtful questions, straight advice, and practical work that helps your team move forward.

and search experience

Good questions

Before we
get started.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

ShorePoint is industry-agnostic and works with growing, owner- or operator-led businesses that have a meaningful hiring challenge without a sophisticated internal recruiting function. Fit is based on the problem, urgency, and working relationship—not employee count.

Is financial services still a focus?

It is the foundation of Tom’s experience and the source of ShorePoint’s rigor around complex, regulated, and specialist hiring. That judgment now supports growing companies across sectors; the difficulty of the hiring problem matters more than the industry label.

How does Critical Hire Search pricing work?

Engagements start at $7,500 plus a success fee. The exact kickoff fee depends on role seniority and market complexity, and all fees and terms are confirmed in writing before launch.

How quickly will I see candidates?

After kickoff, the search strategy is built first. Initial qualified candidates are typically targeted within 10–15 business days, with a typical accepted-offer window of 6–10 weeks. These are working targets, not hiring guarantees.

What comes out of the Diagnostic?

You receive a clear view of the current process, the root causes behind delays or inconsistency, quick wins, a future-state workflow, and a practical 30/60/90-day roadmap with owners and measures.

Can you help implement the roadmap?

Yes. Implementation is a separate engagement after the Diagnostic, so you can choose what to handle internally and where you want hands-on support.
